In over 40 years of business, I’ve never stopped thinking about the customer experience. This thinking will remain at
the very heart of our marketing essence.
We are firm believers in the philosophy that if we invest in the product, we can always lead our industry and others will look staid and dull when they follow.
So, as everyday pioneers in aviation, we will always focus on word-of-mouth publicity.
If one passenger has a great journey, then
a thousand others will be part of it.
